“I would like to congratulate you and your staff on the running of your care home. I visit your care home once a fortnight to see a dear friend of mine. Since he has been with you I have noticed a big change in his personality, he always seems happy and relaxed in the home you have provided for him. Your team of staff are 1st class, they show compassion to all that stay there and nothing is too much trouble, what ever the task may be. I have visited numerous homes around the country and I have never been greeted with a smile and a cup of tea on arrival like I have at Lime Tree House. It is always a pleasure to walk into such a friendly atmosphere and to receive such a warm welcome on arrival. Credit due to your home and all the staff who work there. A big thank you for all the work and dedication you all give.”
