We are open 24 hours a day and welcome family and friends at any time that is appropriate to the resident being visited. Lime Tree House would like visitors to avoid mealtimes but accept this is not always possible and we may, on occasion, discuss family members supporting their loved ones during meals.
There may be occasions where access to Lime Tree House is restricted, this may be as a result of infection control procedures or in response to a specific plan of care for an individual. We will make every effort to inform families when visiting is restricted and explain reasons whilst respecting confidentiality.
